After you complete the course, you are able to generate your printable certificate for IN Responsible Serving® of Alcohol immediately.
You will automatically receive your PSCC Rserving bartender's license / wallet card for IN in the mail within 15 days if you are in a state where wallet cards are issued.






PSCC's WA MAST Responsible Serving® is approved by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board for online Mandatory Alcohol Server Training. Upon successful completion of this course and the final exam, each student will be mailed his or her MAST permit. Washington state requires a certification wallet size card, and you cannot print that, we have to mail it to you. 

If you are age 21 or over, you will receive a Class 12 permit, which certifies you to draw alcohol from taps and mix drinks and/or manage a retail licensed premises to sell alcohol for consumption on the premises.

If you are between ages 18 and 21, you will receive a Class 13 permit, which certifies you to take alcohol orders, carry alcohol to customers and pour alcohol into a customer's glass at the customer's table in an establishment for on-premise consumption.

If you turn 21 after you have taken our course, contact us and we will mail you your Class 12 permit. This permit will have the same expiration date as your Class 13 permit and can only be obtained through PSCC if you received your Class 13 permit from PSCC.

  • IN Dram Shop Laws: Yes
  • IN Happy Hour Laws: Indiana state law prohibits price discrimination of ALL alcoholic beverages. The price for any drink or alcoholic beverage must remain the same from the time a business opens to the time it closes unless there is paid, live entertainment; at which time drink prices may be INCREASED during the live entertainment time. FREE DRINKS ARE PROHIBITED. IC 7.1-5-10-20.

Can bartenders in IN work as a bartender with a felony conviction? maybe
No. If you have a probation for a OWI (operating while intoxicated) or have convictions within the past 10 years related to an OWI, that will/could prevent you from having an Employee Permit.
